Hm..christmas. I don't really like christmas songs all that much. I have been listing to, unwillingly, to christmas songs all day at work . I think I know why they say the sucide rate shoots up during the holidays.
I personally think the writers of most where on something. We have songs about Flying reindeer, Talking snowman, people pretending that a snowman is a preacher. It all kind of weird to me.
My favorite overall Christmas song is Carol of the Bells. Something about that song. No matter what version I hear, I stop and listen. Of all the versions you will hear, I really like the one that Metallica did with the Trans-Syberian Orchestra.
